Too Immature? Not Us!

Too Immature? Not Us!

I know what you’re thinking.

You think I do the sensible thing. I study a piece of art, write a gag to go with it, and then hire an artist to color the art.

And sometimes I do. But all too often I’ll find an interesting piece of art and have the artist I’m working with fix it up and color it. And then later, I’ll write the gag to go with it.

It sounds insane, but it usually works out. A day, a week or maybe a few months later the right gag pops into my brain and a new Last Kiss is born.

But then there are all those other times, when it take me years…and years…and years to find the right joke to fit the art.

It doesn’t happen often. But, geez…guess which one this was?
