The guy who actually wore a tux to the skating rink: “Oh! I see. This is really a Skanking Rink!”

Sally liked her men like she liked her rouge: thick and on her cheeks.

Sam the Sailor learned many things that night.
1) Pay for quality
2) Guys who wear tuxes to skating rinks are actually pretty flexible
3) “VD” doesn’t just stand for Veteran’s Day
Happy VD. Thanks for the service.
I know I’ve said this a gazillion times, Jams, but great gags. I don’t say it every time, but please know that I ALWAYS enjoy them.
Guy in tux: “It’s after six. What am I, a farmer?”
Episode seven, season one of Thirty Rock. Jack Donaghy to Liz.
Happy Veteran’s Day!!
Ex-FC1 Rex Forkner, Ex-USN
If you’re gonna say the thing, please say it to someone who’s actually been in at the sharp end first. Thanks.
Having said that: no good wishes turned down here!
Point noted, Rex. Thank you for your service.
Despite not having been in the service myself, I really appreciate and admire what you and other vets have done. Even more so as I get older and it becomes clear to me how fragile and precious life (and democracy) is.
When I’m posting comics on my own site, I usually don’t post an initial comment with the comic. But here’s what I posted earlier today when I put the comic up on Facebook. It’s not particularly deep and maybe it should’ve been addressed just to Vets:
“Happy Veteran’s Day!
“Especially, of course, if you’re an actual vet. We all owe you our thanks. And you all deserve many kisses—although a cartoon one is all you’re getting from me.”
Thanks, John! To paraphrase Homer Simpson: “Mmmmmmm…. cartoon kisses!!*
If she likes to be choked he’s got the outsized hands for it!
That’s not HIS hand…
