Many years ago I stood in the same spot you’re in today!
Maybe it is finally time to mop the floor.
You scrub and scrub but those blood stains just won’t come out.
John – I just want to say thank you for incorporating the Ukrainian flag in your comic. I don’t know how many other readers notice it, but I want you to know that at least one does. I keep up with news about the war by subscribing to and reading a newsletter called Ukraine Daily, which is published by the Kyiv Independent (kyivindependent.com).
Thanks again, and have a safe and happy Independence Day!
Fritz, I’m happy to do it. It’s a small thing, but perhaps it keeps Ukraine’s struggle in people’s minds at least a bit more. The people of Ukraine are going to need a lot of goodwill and support from the U.S. and others to survive and win. We can’t give up helping them!
“You think you’re the first one to wash dishes around here?”
“All those notches on my bed? Those are bite marks from men trying to escape!”
