Hi, I have a quick question for anyone who has ever posted a comment here:
Do you receive an e-mail or text—or even a smoke signal!—when you post here and someone posts a reply to your post?
I know I receive e-mail alerts when people post. But I’m the owner/manager of the site. What about everyone else?
I don’t, but it doesn’t bother me because I re-read the site regularly.
Thanks for letting me know, Peter. This is something I’ve wondered about for a long time, but I didn’t have the technical know-how to find out just by looking at the site controls.
Like Peter Bromwich, I don’t get a response if someone replies to my post (although I may have missed a smoke signal). I also tend to check back a few days later if I post something.
I appreciate that. Still, I wish there was a notification system. If there’s a way to add that, I will.
Hello John, I don’t either, but like Peter I read the comic on a fairly regular basis when I’m able to, so I usually see replies to any comments I make.
