The new picture is missing from https://www.lastkisscomics.com/comic/redhead-power/ . There is only the one from 1951.
By the way, I have been enjoying Last Kiss, although I would prefer you to not change the hair or skin colour, without changing the facial characteristics to match the new race/sub-race.

As to changes in color, I generally leave that up to my colorist/artist. Diego Jourdan Pereira changes skin tones more than anyone else whom I work with. And, I generally, love the results and I really like having some diversity in the comics—especially since there was virtually none in the originals.
But I understand your point. Perhaps some slight changes in future art can be made.
