Maybe he’s building a more lifelike looking daughter?
Maybe he’s working on a solution to how the drapes and carpet don’t match. Those are some dark eyebrows to go with the bottle blonde hair.
Those dark eyebrows and blonde hair for characters (male and female) was an oddity that popped up from time to time in Charlton romance comics. The other example that comes immediately to mind was also drawn by Giordano. I assume he had nothing to do with the coloring, though.
