I had a cat who used to do this—every Christmas. <Sigh> Sometimes several times a Christmas—fortunately never when we had presents under the tree.

I’ve used this art (with different gags) many times over the years. I have no idea why so many (mostly male) readers love it so much.
By the way, there’s no original art to compare it to because Allen Freeman drew it from scratch. Of course being a world-famous photographer of beautiful women, I guess he had lots of reference material.
