How could it have ended in anything but shame?
Well, he could have kept his pants on…
Well, she could have picked off the scabs before they got to that point…
Well, he could have refrained from posting the bloopers reel when he uploaded the video on You Tube…
Well, she could have told him beforehand about her tendency to sing opera when in the throes of passion…
Well, he could have not burst in to tears when the Police Psychologist asked him to show them on the doll where she touched him…
Well, she could have not told her parents, ‘Hey, if I’m not back by 10, it’s because we’ll be making hot monkey love behind the bleachers’ before she left the house…
Jam, singing (opera or anything else) is only a shame if you do it off-key like me.
??!! What’s the full story? Is he a teacher? Is this assault?
You can read the entire story on ComicBookPlus.com here: http://comicbookplus.com/?dlid=21065
I must say, though, I found it to be a depressing story. Jam’s plot description is essentially correct. But here’s a little fuller plot summary from the ComicBookPlus site:
“Marge was from the wrong side of the tracks and wealthy Sally Croft would never let her forget it. One day Alan Grafton, a wealthy school mate, offered to drive Marge home. They dated but always went out to remote places. Marge was furious when she learned that Alan asked Sally to the dance because his parents expected him to date someone in her class. They married, but Alan continued to hide the truth from his parents. When Marge became pregnant they discovered the truth and disowned their son. Dropping out of school Marge realized her baby would soon be born unwanted by the father.”
Rob, Looks like a teacher to me as well. She wanted an A. He wanted to F. They both settled for a B.
I was actually curious on this one, so I looked it up. She’s from the wrong side of the tracks. He’s the son of the wealthy family. Because she was slighted by not being asked to join the prom committee, she started dating him. It ends up with him being disinherited and her marrying him even though she thinks he’s trash. At least that’s what I think happened. It was 3 AM and I haven’t had much sleep. Anyway, the moral of the story seemed to be stick with your own kind or you’ll end up unhappy.
