I’m Not So Bad–at First

I’m Not So Bad–at First

Creation of an Image

You might think that creating images through artificial intelligence would be easy. And often it is. But, in many cases, you have to modify the image in Photoshop (or a similar software program) to get what you want.

Why? Because A.I. usually adds something unexpected and unwanted to the art. In the first image below the biggest surprise was that the woman’s breast was bare. So, I had to cover her up—plus remove some wilder bits of her hair. (Or is that a tentacle in the lower left of the image below?)

By the way, the woman’s nudity wasn’t something I requested in my image prompts. The MidJourney’s A.I. did that on its own—even though Midjourney has a policy against nude images. In fact, you can’t even use “sexy” as one of your MidJourney word prompts!

This was the image I started with when I created my “succubus.” Then I modified it—using elements from the images below.

Via Midjourney, I created many versions of this woman. MidJourney kept surprising me by making the woman naked—often with a malformed, bared breast. The elements of this image that I used for Last Kiss were the red eyes and the black streaks down her face.

Strange things sometimes show up in images created by A.I. Here we get some sort of spike in the woman’s eye. Why? I have no idea. But I did like the woman’s top and so I used that in the Last Kiss version. And that was the final element I needed for my image.
