Candy is dandy
but liquor is quicker
Forgot to add that’s by Ogden Nash
Thought that was Willie Wonka.
Candy is dandy but sex don’t rot your teeth.
Liquor?? I hardly KNOW her!!
As Kris Kristofferson said, “The beer I had for breakfast wasn’t bad, so I had one more for dessert”.
I saw a T-shirt once with the logo, above a man draining a large glass, that read Beer! So much more than a breakfast drink.
Great comments one and all! A trip down memory lane.
Back when I drank (a lot) I could not get into drinking a beer in the morning. There were periods when I did like a shot of bourbon (Old Grand Dad) for breakfast.
Never tried it myself but I recall something about bourbon? flavored toothpaste.
