Advertising executive by day. Drug pusher at night—and weekends when he’s not robbing mini-marts!
May I suggest you use the black bordered version from the website for the email, also? The overly cropped and jammed email version is less than effective.
Actually, I believe the website version is exactly the same version that I sent out to the mailing list. The only difference is that the website automatically puts some white space about the comics I post. It’s less cramped and the image is posted at a larger size. That may make the black border stand out more.
Sometime this year I will be revamping the look of the newsletter—probably substantially. I just need some free time to do it!
Has Last Kiss ever been collected in book form? Or standard comic-book format? And if not, then why not? I seem to recall a couple of trade paperbacks (one using old Marvel comics, the other old DC comics) that riffed on the very same concept of re-written dialogue over the original artwork from old romance comics (and I realize that in this case, LAST came first). Or if not a book, maybe one of those page-a-day type calendar pads?
