Happy Labor Day!
Sure, Last Kiss traffics in weird humor. But even I was surprised when Mike Pascale suggested the gag for today’s comic. Linking the Labors of Hercules with the labors of childbirth—for Labor Day? It seemed unlikely. Even impossible. But Mike pulled it off beautifully. Thanks, Mike!

Gotta say that the dialogue in the original made me review the definition of ‘insipid’.
Unfortunately, I carry that definition around in the front part of my mind at all times.
Thanks for “working” on Labor Day!!
Sorry I can’t credit the comedian, and I’m paraphrasing:
There’s the old debate about men being kicked *there* and giving birth. Which one is more painful.
Well, how many women do you know with more than one child?
How many men do you know that want to get kicked in the crotch more than once*?
*with the obvious exception of certain fetishes.
If some people are models, who are the originals?
