   That Hal…his business always takes a couple of hours, but his pleasure usually only takes a couple of minutes.

   Betty was furious! There was nothing more humiliating than showing up stag at one of the Conway’s Orgies! Well. Maybe some of the things that happened at the Conway’s Orgies were more humiliating. But still.

   Suddenly, it occurred to Betty…she never saw Hal and Wonder Woman at the same time or place! And Hal was awfully good at tying people up and making them tell the truth…

   I think the re-ink and color for this panel really does a lot!

   It enhances her looks. His as well. Turns her from washed out to a woman that needs a lot of upkeep. He ages a bit in the re-ink. Now he doesn’t look like her son (or fresh young tennis pro at the club) to looking like he’s mature enough for her.

   Finally remembered the phrase to describe her change:

   She changes to “High Maintenance”. High Maintenance Women take a lot of emotional capital and monetary capital.
