1976? Seems like we’ve skipped the 60’s.
Bar codes/upc’s weren’t in wide use until the mid 70’s so I see comics picked up on their use pretty quickly.
I wonder what words were in the “find a word” puzzle page… All to do with romance/marriage I suppose. Rule 34 implies someone has made a “find a word” of Porn terms.
Dave, a “find a word” of porn terms sounds like fun. (Hmm. I wonder how many of the words I’d know!)
Maybe he would be willing to share…..
Hmm… I wonder how many I’ve tried (might explain why I have a bad back and a crippled foot.
I guess I’m kinda dumb. I don’t understand what’s going on here. Presumably Amber is the blond on the left with the guy. Why does the brunette on the right want Amber to be “hers”. Is she a lesbian? And how does “accident prone” fit into the situation?
I must be missing something (or somethings)…
Fred, I can’t speak for Tony Isabella (who wrote the dialogue) but the way I took it was that woman in the foreground is either bisexual or lesbian and she wants Amber for herself. I think Amber’s beaus’ accidental deaths aren’t all accidental!
Thanks! That makes about as much sense as anything I’ve been able to come up with.
