Damn…. talk about crazy eyes….
I worked with a woman who just like that right down to the blonde hair style, too much makeup, and wide eyes. People constantly underestimated her intelligence and would tell/confess many things that later they would regret saying.
Looked like a ditz. Sharp as a tack.
