Had to do a search for V.N. That led to a search of vocation vs avocation. That just left me confused so I for C.P. nurse. I had no idea that these specialties existed. What I didn’t find was references to that porn sub-genre that features women in scrubs.
You must not have read the bottom half of the first page of your search results. Or all the other pages!

Actually V.N. stands for ‘Venereal Nurse’. It’s the designation assigned to all those nurses in that porn subgenre.
You didn’t notice she has business with Mr. ‘Hardwick’? Sounds like someone’s getting a sponge bath to reduce their tension. And with an acronym like ‘C.P.’, he must have a lot of tension.
