Judging by those wrinkles, Steve’s not so much engaged to a girl as he is a grandma.

On a side note, I checked out the story. Thanks for the link John, but I must admit being upset with you. How could you not have used that good angel/bad angel/elf/monstrosity thing by now? And if you have, how could I be so blind as to have missed it? That thing would make Henrich Hoffman’s Struwwelpeter say, ‘Girlfriend! Back the #%!& up!’. That neck thing would have made Liberace give up ruffles. And who has that as an inner voice? Lizze Borden? Steve probably drove the car in to the river thinking, “I’ll die! But I have to make sure she doesn’t infect the others!”
