I hope you like today’s comic character, Bucky—because I’ve got big plans for this kid.
Yes, he’s young and completely clueless about sex—unlike my usual, horny adult characters. But I think he’ll be an entertaining counterpoint to all that naked adult lust. So, I’m trying out Bucky as a semi-regular character—two to four times a month.
Longtime Last Kiss readers have seen him before. I ran a few Bucky gags back in late 2013-early 2014. And, he was so much fun, I kept thinking about bringing him back.
And why not? I know Bucky a lot better now.
He’s become the title character in an animated TV/comic book series (IT’S ALWAYS BUCKY) that writer Jack Enyart and I are shopping around.

this has way to much potential.
Thanks, Craig. I’m excited about seeing what I can do with Bucky. The next Bucky comic will be in about two weeks. For now, I’ll be running them about twice a month.
Like Batman and Robin or Smithers and Burns, you wonder what’s the real deal between Bucky and Hap.
Batman, Robin (all the versions of Robin), Smithers, Burns, Bucky and Hap frequently picnic and frolic together. Whenever asked about what the “real deal” is between them, they always smile and just say “No comment, Sweetie.)
Hey, that’s The Ray!
Yes, it is!
